Facebook is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Head of Oculus. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Facebook and Oculus ecosystem. This position is full-time and located in Menlo Park, CA


  • Coordinate internal and external meetings for a high level executive
  • Manage hectic and complex calendars
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Organize space planning and large offsite events
  • General office duties as needed
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments
  • Able to multi-task and change direction quickly
  • Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation

Minimum Qualification

  • 8+ years of experience providing direct administrative support to 1 or more C-level executives
  • 8+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more C-level executives
  • 8+ years of direct calendar management and expense report management for 1 or more C-level executives
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience juggling multiple projects
  • Experience planning off-site events
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Experience with space management and planning
  • Experience with planning all-hands meetings
  • BA/BS
