Program Manager, Logistics and Fulfillment

Oculus is looking for a Program Manager with functional and operational experience in the Logistics and Order Fulfillment domains who can understand, analyze and define business requirements to build end-to-end logistics, inventory, fulfillment and trade compliance processes and systems. Must have business acumen and experience to recommend designs and process flows with the objective to enable business efficiencies. Should be able to cultivate an understanding of day-to-day business operations, identifying pain points and areas for improvement. This position may require some short-term travel, both domestically and internationally based on operational requirements.


  • Analyze end-goals and objectives, scope and current business asks and pain points
  • Create business requirements document (BRD) based on business needs
  • Create design documents and process flows based on business requirements
  • Perform capability gap analyses and define requirements/business case as applicable
  • Develop new process documentation and manage overall change control of existing Logistics and related processes.
  • Interface with the product build team to articulate requirements and drive delivery
  • Build User-Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and Test Cases
  • Create and communicate user acceptance criteria
  • Prepare comprehensive training plans for business operations and provide ongoing training to internal team members
  • Enforce best practices and standards through a strong hands-on knowledge of logistics and order fulfillment tooling and functions
  • Engage regularly with business stakeholders to update progress on product build and test
  • Enable measures of success including metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Build training materials and roll out end-user training
  • Enforce the project methodology in following the project lifecycle standards and processes
  • Manage shifting priorities and work towards agreed upon goals and target dates

Minimum Qualification

  • 6+ years of experience as a program manager on rolling out order fulfillment, logistics and freight management solutions
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree required
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite: Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and SQL
  • Analytical, collaboration and communication skills
  • Must have experience engaging with IT to build systems and automation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on Oracle Order Management, Global Trade Management and Logistics and Inventory Management solutions
  • MBA
